So I went to do my long run yesterday but had a blood sugar crash about 5 miles in. I got cold, dizzy and weak. Despite eating two meals and hydrating beforehand I messed up my nutrition somehow. I guess I'll have to blame the kettle corn. It's the last thing I ate before I walked out the door. So, I finished 6 and dragged myself home in a cold sweat. Darn you kettle corn. We'll see the long run DAY 8.
