Congratulations to City Coach newbie Judie Zbeda on her second place finish at the Rockville Centre 10k this weekend. Judie has been with us for about two weeks and did a workout with NSQ last week, so we feel justified in taking a lot of credit for her success. Actually, NSQ was her High School coach, so we feel justified in taking all the credit for her success.
